🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most pincodes within the country via trusted third-party courier services. If your location is non-serviceable, we will notify you promptly and refund the full amount, if already paid.
Note: International shipping is currently not available unless otherwise stated.
⏳ Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Processing time may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or product shortages.
📦 Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Remote areas: May take longer, depending on courier availability
Please note that these are estimated timelines, and actual delivery may vary due to courier constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, based on ongoing offers or promotions.
🚨 Delays & Non-Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping details, natural disasters, courier strikes, or uncontrollable logistics disruptions.
In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping (if applicable) will be chargeable.
📸 Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the parcel from the delivery agent.
Immediately contact us at aamantranstores@gmail.com with photos/videos of the package.
If accepted without inspection, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
📝 Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking link or AWB number will be shared via email or SMS (if available).
You can track the delivery status using the provided tracking ID through the courier’s official website.
📦 Undelivered Orders & Reattempts
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges and reverse logistics costs.
🛡️ Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
