We take utmost care to deliver high-quality stationery, art, craft, and fine art products. Due to the fragile, perishable, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. However, in rare cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may accept a return or offer a refund under strict conditions outlined below.
General Policy – No Return, No Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no exchange policy on:
Pens, pencils, crayons, and markers
Paints, color sets, brush pens, and ink-based products
Brushes, tools, and fine art materials
Craft kits, paper items, stickers, or adhesive products
Any used or opened packaging
This policy helps ensure product integrity, hygiene, and fairness to all customers.
Conditional Return – Damaged or Wrong Product Only
We may approve a return only if:
The product was received in a damaged condition, or
A wrong item was delivered, and
The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
To raise a return request, you must:

Provide order number, clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
Retain all packaging material for verification.
Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our sole discretion.
Refunds – Strictly Limited
Refunds are only issued if:
We are unable to replace a damaged or wrong item.
The product qualifies under the approved return process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Used or opened items
Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics
Minor color or design variations (especially for handcrafted or printed items)
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our fault (e.g., wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
If you return an item without approval or for reasons not covered, return shipping is at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Important Terms
We reserve the right to reject any claim without sufficient evidence.
Return requests beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
All return decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Abuse of the return policy (frequent or false claims) may lead to account suspension.
